SHIPPING
TURNAROUND
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 3pm.
Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.
CARRIERS
We use AUSTRALIA POST to deliver our orders.
DELIVERY TIME
Please allow up to 2-7 business days after your order has shipped for delivery of your order. Any questions or concerns should be addressed to KASHKALAND@GMAIL.COM OR CALL US. Tracking numbers will be given once you order has been shipped. Please make sure to enter correct shipping information for your order. If incorrect information is given and the package is shipped, that is not our responsibility. Please allow up to 24 hours for you tracking number to scanned and entered in the carrier system.
Order Rejections
If a package is rejected from being delivered, the customer will be responsible for any shipping fees that incur due to the rejection. In addition, initial shipping fees will not be refunded as the order was shipped. We do not benefit from ANY shipping fees and it is also not our responsibility to take over a charge because of a delivery rejection. We suggest you are 100% sure before you place you order.
